Aflac rapidly transitioned 98% of its U.S. workforce to a remote work arrangement in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our partner Coforge, proactively and regularly kept us informed of their status as they also transitioned to a remote work model with no interruption to their commitments or service delivery. Coforge also offered assistance in various areas as our remote work model ramped up, providing options for Agile service desk as new or an extension of the current service desk, PC and laptop build and configuration services, digital workspace (desktops) in cloud, and more. We are pleased by the efforts of Coforge to ensure continuity of business operations for supporting Aflac.
